Recipe type: Dog Treats
Prep time:
Cook time:
Total time:
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup whole fresh cranberries
  • 16 oz (1 can) pumpkin puree, unsweetened
  • 1½ cup stock, chicken, beef or vegetable
  1. In a large bowl combine wheat flour, rolled oats, fresh cranberries, pumpkin puree and stock. Mix thoroughly. If the mixture is too dry add a bit of stock.
  2. Use a small ice cream scoop and place a dallop of the mixture into the palm of your hand and roll it into a ball. Place dog treats onto a pizza stone or a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
  4. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Do not serve hot food to your dog, this can cause severe injury.
  5. After treats have cooled, place in a zip-lock bag and store in the refrigerator.
