I have three black labs, my favorite time is when all three dogs get up with me on my single bed, it is a little crowed but it is easy to snuggle with them.

When we first got our doggy we set eyes on each other we just knew we were meant to be. He was rescued from a US AirForce runway when he was a puppy and the mom couldn't be caught or found so we have had 6 special years together.

I've had so many dogs and cats over the years. I honestly can't single out just one memory that stands out. I guess it would be when I drove to southern Indiana to adopt my deaf hound girl, Ran. I fell in love with her from her Petfinder page and made long-distance arrangements to adopt her. It was nearly ten hours round trip driving, and I had her with me the ride home and we were already bonded by the time I got her home. I'm having trouble dealing with her loss - she passed last April from an Autoimmune disorder. She was just short of 5-1/2 years old and was the youngest furbaby I ever lost. It'll be six years to the day I brought her home in just a few days and I wish more than anything she was still with me.
