Dedicated to Honeybun
We are dedicating this giveaway to our sweet girl Honeybun that gained her angel wings and began her journey to Rainbow Bridge on Monday the 14th 🙁
While we are left with the pain of missing her, she is now pain-free and romping with all her puppy friends!
Honeybun LOVED her Wishbone, as we called it and, of course, tasty homemade dog treats – especially homemade applesauce peanut butter dog treats!
Honeybun could pack some treats away then bark for more but then she was always back to hunting her chew bone!
She would lay for hours and chew and then fall asleep with it.
And, if she dropped it somewhere and couldn’t find it, she would bark her head off until someone come to help her find it.
She loved her Wishbone so much that she took it with her on her journey to Rainbow Bridge.
So, in Honeybun’s honor, we wanted to offer one of these fun Wish BarkBone dog chew bones in our Rainbow Giveaway – just seems kind of fitting doesn’t it?

Yes, I will always have a special place in my heart for my french bulldog, Bella.
I haven’t lost a pet yet personally, but I imagine it is heartbreaking
Yes, I do have a favorite memory of Charlie – a West Highland White Terrier – who made the journey to the Rainbow Bridge. When ankle length skirts were all the rage, Charlie would gently take the corner of my skirt in his mouth as we walked along. I guess it was his way that we would walk together as if we were holding hands.
That is the sweetest memory!
Watching my dog, Mia, play at the beach, chokes me up every time. We lost her last month to cancer.
My only dog as a kid was named Taffy and she was a really good dog and friend.
many pet goldfish, i loved watching them swim.
I had a bunny and she loved Christmas. I gave her presents and she would put them in a pile.
Kelly was our dog for almost 15 years. It was hard on all of us (7 siblings and my parents) when she passed. Kelly was a kerry blue Irish Terrier.
I was very fond of our childhood cat, Tiger, who would proudly display the mice she caught on our front porch so we could see what a fierce hunter she was when we were leaving for school.
I have very fond memories of several fur babies that have crossed over the rainbow bridge.
We had a dog that if someone laid down and you said suffocate she would jump on the person’s face and roll around so they couldn’t breathe. I know it is not the most useful trick but it was always so funny and we had so much fun with her.
Yes Harley was the best dog ever, he suffered towards the end but we enjoyed him.
I do not.
our beloved danny miss him everyday
I have too many good memories of my past pets. Thanks for the giveaway.
Yes. My dog April. I was 7 years old. That morning I walked across the street to get our mail at our mailbox, stopping in the middle of the road to tie my shoe laces- a car came speeding down the hill straight towards me- April, my brave wonderful German Shepard, jumped in front of the car as it swerved, saving my life. April died in my arms. I have not had a dog since, since none could equal her. Instead, I am owned by cats.
My favorite memory of my dog patches when she was a puppy she ran next door and brought over the neigbors dog for a play date it was so adorable!

First I am very sorry for your loss. I haven’t lost a pet like that since I was a child. John-John (named after the President Kennedy’s son by my parents) a German Sheppard mix went to sleep one night. And got to the rainbow bridge.
I remember walking my dog Max when I was a teen and spotting a fox. I got scared so I made him run home with me. The fox didn’t even care that we were there.. ..it was sleeping on a rock. hah!

Not that I recall. My favorite pet was my Siberian husky which I loved & lost as a child.

I have many wonderful memories of my dog Sandy. Even though she has been gone for many years, I still miss her.
My French bulldog Bella will always hold a special place in my heart
Our first dog was a beagle mix that we rescued. She was one of 10 puppies for to a mom chained up behind a barn. I think she was very thankful to be out of that situation. House breaking took one night. We penned her in the kitchen at night for the first week, but she never messed on. the floor. The only times she did was when she was left home for too long and that was rare. She traveled well. she would curl up on the floor in the back (didn’t want the seat) and not move until we stopped. We were so lucky not to have a bouncer dog in the car for two cross country moves. She was such a sweet loving dog. Our girls were only 2 and 3 when we got her. We had her for 17 years before she crossed over the rainbow bridge.
My cat used to steal my socks off me or in the laundry. Miss him

One of my cats loved to be picked up and held, and he would stand up against my legs and hold his front legs up for me to pick him up. I missed that when he was gone.
The dog I had as a child, Willie, was a beautiful cocker spaniel/ beagle mix. She had beautiful black and brown coloring.
I want to offer my condolences over the passing of Honeybun. We have had our 3 dogs & 2 older cats cross over the rainbow bridge within the last couple of years . Our GS a few months ago crossed over too. We are never ready to let go but we had too at 22-23 years old my cats were such a joy laying in my lap everyday. My dogs were very large and the 3 together were such a joy and so much fun to play with. We think about them all everyday.
No favorite moment with a pet

We had a German Shepard named Sarge when I was growing up in the 60’s, I think of that dog often and miss him to this day a lot.
My favorite memory of Artie was the day we first met him. We went to see if our family would be a good fit and the minute he saw us, Artie was excited. It was as if he had been waiting. Even the shelter workers were surprised and told us he usually takes time to warm up to people. We miss him so much
My best friend and dog Bear passed away tragically a few years ago. He was my baby before I had human children. I miss him every single day.
