Enter to #win an Aspen Shearling Pillow Bed and a Heggie Hedgehog Toy

Sponsored by Petmate and Organized by Budget Earth

If there are two things my pups love, it is a nice soft bed and toys. I believe the only thing above that is their food and treats 🙂 How many of you love to spoil your dogs? I know it is a trick question – all of us love our dogs and want to make sure they have the very best. We all know that our dogs put up with quite a bit from their crazy humans, so it is only natural we pay them back with fun accessories and toys. Of course, what would be better than winning a brand new doggy bed and hedgehog toy?

To make September even better for our dogs, Budget Earth is excited to announce that we are working with Petmate on this fantastic giveaway! One very lucky pup will win a brand new Aspen Shearling Pillow Bed in their choice of size and a Heggie Hedgehog toy! Ready to enter? Chilidawg always sits on the couch and watches the Texas Rangers Baseball games. It's as if he knows exactly when they are going to play and he stares at the TV until they finish...win or lose.

One of Shiloh's favorite toys is a very large stuffed pig. About two years ago, we brought him to a Pet Pictures With Santa fundraiser at our groomer. We were waiting our turn in the "lobby" that is separated by a short picket fence while the people that signed up before us finished up. As they paid, their pet came up to the fence visiting- it was a pig! Shiloh was very intrigued, but I was surprised that he was more curious than anything. While very friendly, he is very excitable and he was just quieter and more thoughtful than I would have expected. We got our pictures and went home. Shiloh rushed in the door and raced to the living room. Confused, I followed him- to find that he had pulled out his piggy toy and was sitting curled up with it by the Christmas tree. I know it's a stretch to think that he made a connection, but it was very cute!

We adopted Artie about 3 years ago from a rescue group that was 5 hrs away from our home. The people warned us that Artie was slow to warm up so we were prepared for that. We pulled up to where Artie was being fostered. The rescue group was out of room so they were boarding him at a doggy day care. They went to get him and as soon as he saw us he was all over us as if he had been waiting for us. The people were amazed, and couldn't believe this was our first time meeting Artie. I know they were relieved that Artie was going with people that made him so happy.

My little dog never leaves my side. If I have to leave the house without her she will sit in front of the front room window and watch for me to come home.

My Buddie is on a timer. He is rescued and was in bad shape when I found him. Since he has been with me less than 9 months, he is now on a timer. His feeding time is 7am 12pm and 5pm. If I am more than 5 minutes late he is barking at me and nudging me to feed him. Also bed time is 10 pm. If I do not set up his bed and put him there the same thing happens. Oh and he will not drink tap water, it has to be filtered water with 1 ice cube. But as far as loyality and love I could not ask for a better friend and companion.
