Yes, the pets have trouble because my bed is so high. This would be a perfect solution for the pets. Yes, they get to sleep with me.

My dog is allowed on any of my furniture. She's too tiny to jump up on my bed, though.

We let our dog up on the couch but no longer on the bed since he is getting too old to make it up there.
