It’s weird that I know when my cat is happy or upset! She’s been with us ten years. We got her as a kitty. Her momma was a stray. Our neighborhood loved her and fed her as she went house to house. One of our neighbors found her soon after she had her babies in a corner of his garage. The momma was found dead in the street a few days later. She had six kittens and most of us took one. That’s how we got our cat. So like th way I have bonded with my husband over the years, I have bonded the same way. If she could talk, I would finish her sentences. So I want to keep her happy and healthy for a long time to come! I like reading your articles, because you care about your furry friends like we do! I will have to try the veggies you talked about. One thing I am surprised that you did not mention is growing some grass for them to snack on so they don’t get an upset belly ache. I did pin this information. Thank you for sharing!!

My cat has become very finicky as he ages. His wet food has to be very strong smelling, but he will eat some human food like poached chicken or scrambled egg.

Very informative post, thank you so much for sharing! Our kitty eats normal cat food that is high in protein and has no fillers. My dad has an older cat with kidney issues, so he has to eat a special diet that he cannot stray from at all, or he gets sick.
