Sweet Potato and Carrot Dog Muffins Recipe
Yield: 10 muffins
Equipment
You will need a mini muffin tin - I find silicone works best for easy removal

Ingredients
½ cup cooked sweet potato, mashed
½ cup finally shredded carrots
¼ cup finally diced apple
1 large egg
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Divide the mixture into the muffin tins.
Baking Time
Bake for 30-33 minutes, until done.
