Us pups love hangin' out with my Lady when she decides to take a little downtime and binge watch movies all day. She settles in with her blanket and bowl of popcorn. We gather around and snooze the afternoon away. Sometimes, she even shares her popcorn by playing a game of who can catch it in the air! It's a fun game for us but today I wanted to tell ya 'bout her new Custom Sherpa Photo Blanket from Collage.com! It's super special cause it's got all us pups pictures on it WOOF!
My Lady is always sayin' she is chilly and lookin' for somethin' to throw over her lap. I'm guessin' its cause she doesn't have a fur coat like me WOOF! But, her new custom photo blanket is special cause it has all of our smilin' faces on it! She says you can put any pictures on them but she chose our pictures. That sure makes all us pups feel special! Now, I don't have a clue how they got our faces on that blanket so lemme fetch my Lady to tell ya more about it.
Here's my Lady to tell ya 'bout the Custom Sherpa Blanket
I am one of those who is always cold whether it is winter time or just the chill of the air conditioning in the summertime. So, when I am relaxing, watching TV, or reading, I love having a comfy throw over my lap and legs. And, what can be better than having a fun Custom Sherpa Blanket with all my 4-legged babies on it?! That's like getting extra puppy hugs, isn't it?
For my Custom Sherpa Photo Blanket from Collage.com, I wanted to use photos of each of my pups but you could do any pictures you like such as kids, family, etc. You also have a selection of smooth fleece, cozy fleece, sherpa, or woven and they come in sizes of baby (30x40), throw (50x60), or queen size (60x80).
Custom Sherpa Blanket
The custom sherpa photo blanket is super soft and snuggly sherpa arctic fleece. The throw blanket measures 50x60 which is an ample size for snuggling on the couch. You can add as many photos as you want and the photo details are very impressive! On the back side of the blanket, there is super soft cream-colored sherpa fleece.
Steps for Creating Your Custom Sherpa Photo Blanket
The sherpa blanket was SUPER EASY TO CREATE. It was fun to add the images, move them around and create my own unique blanket!
Upload Your Images
The first step is to upload your images. You can add as many as you like to create your album.
Choose Your Design
The next step is deciding how many images you want and which design you would like. There are several variations to choose from. For my blanket, I chose to add 10 images with a center photo. You can also move the pictures around if you want them in a different place.
Background Color
You also get to choose the background color. I chose a light colored neutral for mine.
Add Text if Desired
You can also add text on your blanket if you like. I chose not to for mine but this would be a fun option for one with photos of the family.
Choose Orientation and Photo Borders
The next option is choosing the orientation. You can choose tall or wide. Then, choose whether you want the images to fit inside with a small border or cover all. I chose tall orientation and the "cover all" option which allows the photos to completely cover the blanket including the edges.
You can also choose to add a border around the photos. The choices are none, thin, or torn paper. I chose "thin" so there would be a little separation in them.
I moved my photos around several times until I had it just the way I wanted them. It was important to me to have my senior girl Sallie be center of attention on my blanket. She also got an extra pic on the blanket just because at age 14, she is the matriarch of the pack and may not be with me much longer.

Soft Sherpa Fleece on the Backside
Here you can see the soft cream-colored sherpa fleece that is on the backside of the blanket. As if it isn't soft enough, the sherpa blanket gets softer and softer each time you wash it! Did I mention it is machine washable and dry?
I love how crisp and clean the photos turned out. And, if you notice in the photos above, the edges are stitched to prevent fraying.
