We gots some more treats to taste test the other day! I hear some human folk complain about their jobs, but me and my pack sure do love our treat tastin’ gig! When it’s treat tastin’ day, ain’t none of us callin’ in sick fer sure! Well, that big ole brown truck brought some more goodies the other day from our friends over at Chewy.com. They sent us some Nature’s Variety Instinct Grain Free Dog biscuits and wanted to see what we thought about em.
As always, before we can have any treat my Lady has to check em out and make sure they are good fer us. We could hear her readin’ up on em. She mentioned they had chicken meal and cranberries. Did someone say ‘chicken’? WOOF! I don’t know what them cranberries are, but bring on the chicken! As usual, I’m gonna let my Lady tell ya all the important stuff and I’m just gonna sit over here droolin’ ’til she hands em out!
Here’s what my Lady says about the Nature’s Variety Instinct Grain Free Dog Biscuits
Molly is mighty anxious today isn’t she? She’s right in that they have never been late for their taste testing job! The Nature’s Variety Instinct Grain Free Dog Biscuits sparked my interest for a couple of reasons. First, they are Grain Free and Gluten Free! I have one furbaby, Sallie, that has a lot of trouble with grains and skin issues. So, we have to be very careful about the dog treats she can have.
The next thing that caught my attention was the ingredients. I was a little curious as to how the dogs would react to the cranberries. Plus, the the variety of Nature’s Variety Instinct Dog Biscuits with Chicken Meal and Cranberries also has pumpkin seeds in them! We all know how nutritious pumpkin seeds are! And, of course they are made in the USA!
Molly was waiting patiently, but Maggie was ready to get the show on the road. Dog biscuits are her favorite treats! It didn’t take long, they were all lining up. I shouldn’t have worried about the cranberries at all! They scarfed them down! I also noticed one thing on these treats that was an added plus. Most dog biscuits crumble and will leave crumbs where they are eating. These, however didn’t. They also were not crumbed in the bag. For me, this is a plus. No one likes to buy a bag of treats only to find them all broken and crumbled.
The price point of the Nature’s Variety Instinct Dog Biscuits is very reasonable and the bag is packed! The dog biscuits were also a nice size for my large breed German Shepherds, even though I gave in and let them had seconds. For my little chihuahua, I broke it in half and she was happy. As for Molly, I think she ate hers to fast to know what it tasted like!
Here’s the Nature’s Variety Instinct Grain Free Dog Biscuits in a nutshell:
- Grain-free and gluten-free treats
- All natural ingredients
- No added salt or sugar
- Made with probiotics and prebiotics

I love giving my pups good nutritious treats. I may even over spoil them a bit, but that’s another story. Molly and the whole pack enjoyed the Nature’s Variety Grain Free Dog Biscuits and gave them all paws up! I will have to surprise them with some of the other flavors Chewy.com carries. They have the Nature’s Variety Instinct Dog Biscuits in several flavors and varieties.
