Oatmeal Cinnamon Honey Dog Treats
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook time: 15 mins
Yield: Various, depending on size of the cookie cutter
Ingredients needed:

2 ½ C whole wheat flour
½ C quick oats
2 ½ Tbsp ground flax seeds
1 Tbsp cinnamon
¾ C non-fat plain Greek yogurt
3 Tbsp coconut oil
¼ C honey
5 Tbsp water
How to make these tasty Oatmeal Cinnamon Honey Dog Treats:
Start by preheating the oven to 350℉.

Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl.

Using a rubber spatula, mix until the mixture comes together and looks clumpy.
Using your hands knead for a minute and try to incorporate any dry ingredients at the bottom of the bowl.

Add water, a tablespoon at a time, until dough forms into a ball and isn’t falling apart.

Roll out dough using a rolling pin to about ⅜” thick.


Use a bone-shaped cookie cutter to cut out dough.

Place the cut-out treats on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Once there is no more room to cut out shapes, ball the dough up and proceed to roll out and cut again.
Place in the oven and bake for 18 minutes on the center rack.
Allow the dog treats to cool and let your pup enjoy!
Tips:
If you want softer treats, bake for 10-15 minutes.
If you want crunchier treats, bake for 20-25 minutes
