Dogs can have applesauce as long as it's plain and unsweetened. Avoid any varieties with added sugars, artificial flavors, or sweeteners, such as xylitol, which is toxic to dogs.
Applesauce can be a healthy treat in moderation, offering fiber and vitamin C, and it's great for mixing into homemade dog treats.
Rolled oats are a healthy, easily digestible grain for dogs, especially for those with wheat sensitivities. They're a good source of fiber, which supports healthy digestion, and contain essential nutrients like iron, zinc, and B vitamins.
