Us pups love to go for car rides. I love lookin' out the window and seein' new sights and sniffin' new smells. There's all kinds of new and excitin' things out there WOOF! My little sister, Little Bit, is a mix of stress, anxiety, and excitement all in one. She shakes on a good day, my Lady says it is a Chihuahua thing, but when she gets nervous she really shakes! But, that ain't the worse part. She zips and zaps all over the car! My Lady has tried hooking her to the seat belt like us big dogs, but she screams bloody murder. I am lucky in that all of my dogs love to ride the car. While my big dogs are happy to have their harness attached to the seat belts and behave nicely, my Little Bit is a handful to say the least! I love that it becomes a safe car seat. If I won I'd donate this to one of my favorite local dog rescues (I have 3 rescue cats but not yet any dogs). I really would like a Sleepypod because my cat Trinny figured out how to escape her carrier. She's able to push her head through the velcro even though I make it secure. She likes to look out the window when we're driving home. The Sleepypod looks secure and I wouldn't have to worry about her escaping!

I would've loved this for my Long-haired Chihuahua, Mona. I had a booster seat for her which did okay, but this would've made her feel even more like a Diva. I miss her. It's almost a year since her passing. This would be great to win for my Miniature Dachshund, though.

We take our little dog camping with us all the time and while driving we fasten the seat belt to a loop on her harness. This would be so much more comfortable for her, plus it would be great to remove her from the Jeep, keeping her in the sleepypod, until we are unloaded and have her leads secured and ready in the trees and in/around the camper.

My daughter has been planning on taking her cat to her boyfriend's house (to let the cats get to know each other and play together). I worry about her driving that distance without a really safe carrier. This would be perfect for her!
