And, truth be known, I love spoiling them.

On the other hand, they can have some smelly breath at times so it got me thinking.

Parsley is known for combatting bad bread and it is an approved food for dogs.

So, why not take care of that bad breath with some tasty Chicken & Parsley Fresh Breath Dog Treats!

These tasty dog treats are super easy to make and only require a few ingredients.

Just stir them up, roll them out, and cut with a cookie cutter (I used a cute fire hydrant) or just use a knife and cut into squares.

The dogs don’t care what shape they are, I just like making them cute 🙂

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup cooked, shredded chicken
3/4 cup chicken bone broth
1/3 cup fresh chopped parsley
1 TBPS olive oil
1 egg
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt

How to make these tasty Chicken & Parsley Fresh Breath Dog Treats:

1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix together until a dough forms.

2. Take the dough out and press 1/4 inch thickness.

3. Use a cookie cutter or cut into desired shapes.

4. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and bake at 350F for 22-25 minutes.

Store in the fridge for 1 week or in the freezer for 2 months in an airtight container.
