Do y'all remember me tellin' we was gonna be tryin' some stuff to help us with our doggie bad breath and that tartar and plaque buildup on our teeth? Well, we've been tryin' out TropiClean's water additive. Seein' as to how some of us can be a might snappy when ya mess with our mouths, the water additive is a simple dental solution! Actually, we can't taste in none, but it does leave our mouth feelin' mighty fresh! My Lady even let me give her a big ole smooch the other day!

My Lady says the TropiClean Water Additive is easy to use. She says she just adds a cap full to our water bowl. Seems purdy simple to me and we got a likin' for it! Lemme let my Lady talk to ya 'bout it cause I bet your pups would like it too! But, just for the record, I'm a likin' my new smoochable mouth! WOOF!
Here's what my Lady says about TropiClean's Water Additive for Doggie Bad Breath!
Did you know that 80% of dogs and 70% of cats show signs of periodontal disease by age three? Yes, it starts happening that early! EEK! Once they have peridontal disease, and it's left untreated, oral disease can seep into the blood stream and cause serious health risks. We often hear about this in humans, but it also applies to our pets.
As a pet parent, it is our job to take care of their overall health and one of the first signs of oral disease is bad breath. Sometimes, bad breath is just plain old bad breath. But, if your pet consistently has bad breath, it's past time to take action. So, exactly what can be done? Brushing their teeth is very much the preferred treatment. In cases where that just isn't possible, and if you're in my shoes and have a dog that is not cooperative and you cannot wrestle your dog down to brush his teeth every day, I have the perfect solution!

TropiClean Water Additive makes things so simple for daily oral care for our pets! TropiClean is good wholesome ingredients that are natural and healthy. Taking care of your pets dental care will help them live a long and healthy life, which is what we all hope for! Ozzy sure enjoys his water! We won't tell him his teeth and breath are getting taken care of with each drink!

Ozzy's a sweet boy! He is even kind enough to clean up what he dribbled on the floor (sometimes)! They cannot really taste the TropiClean in the water, but they seem to enjoy their cleaner mouth. And, they sure enjoy being allowed to give those big sloppy wet smooches! Let me just say, when you've been smooched by a dog the size of Ozzy - you know you've been SMOOCHED! We call it him a cow licker! The smooches are also much better without doggie bad breath!

While I feed all of my dogs separate, most of them share a water supply. I always keep two bowls filled with fresh clean water and add a cap full of the TropiClean to each bowl. They love it and I love it! I know that with each drink, it's helping to promote healthy gums and fresh breath.

While Ozzy is fairly cooperative with whatever I want to do to him, I have a couple of dogs that brushing their teeth would be an impossible feat. There is no way Sallie is letting you touch her mouth. Little bit, even though a tiny Chihuahua, can be very nasty when trying to do anything near her mouth. To save the snaps, snarls and bites - TropiClean Water Additive is perfect for them! For even the cooperative ones, it is an added protection and gives them great breath! Oh, and did I mention - even if you already do brush your pets teeth, TropiClean is great for added protection against bad breath and gum disease. It's also great if that little thing called 'life' happens and you need to skip a brushing!
In addition to the TropiClean Water Additive, they also offer TropiClean Dental Chews and the Clean Teeth and Gums Gel. I am loving the assortment of dental care items for doggie bad breath and healthy teeth that TropiClean has! While mine are receiving the benefit of the Water Additive now, I am anxious to try the Dental Chews and Gums Gel in the near future! A few of mine are heavy chewers and I'm sure they would enjoy the TropiClean Dental Chews. For the ones that don't favor the chews, like Maggie, the Clean Teeth and Gums Gel is a perfect match. I will let you know how those go over with the pups. Be sure and follow along to our post on the dental chews! For now, we are well pleased with the TropiClean Water Additive and are continuing it in our daily dental routine! Who knew there were so many easy options for taking care of our pets dental health?
What do you do for your pets dental care? Do you brush, give chews, etc.? Does TropiClean Water Additive sound like something you would love to try?

Well your review has sold me.. I have two american bulldogs with terrible breath.. and one of them loves to do nothing but give kisses.. he's a kissing fool! It would be nice to get those kisses from him without having to hold my breath first. 😛
Where can I find this stuff? Do I have to order it online or can I find it in a store? Either way, thank you!
